Parting is Such Sweet Sorrow

Well I have to say that June 2003 is going to remembered quite vividly for being one of the lowest points of my life. Without going into too much detail, I'll just say that I suffered my first major heartbreak and depression ever, for the first few weeks of June. I was pretty much immobile to doing anything.
It's cool to know that when it feels hopeless, there's friends abound that are ready to help on a moment's notice. Be glad for your friends!
The ONLY good thing to happen this month is the release of the new Power Mac G5 machines from Apple, but despite the horrible immediate urge to pre-order one, I'm holding off until next year.
Instead I went and bought a new LCD projector for my room. This will replace my TVs so I can watch movies and play games on a 5-foot screen. Yes, I like that. Also got some Bose speakers to give myself a little 7.1 surround sound room.
Hopefully I'll be getting a new bed and a keyboard stand that will accomodate all my stuff. Consolidation is the key word here. Consider it my own birthday present to myself. Have a good summer.
