April was quite a month as far as milestones are concerned. Not only did I celebrate 22 years of playing piano on April 21st, there's a fairly new achievement that has been reached:

During the 2nd week of April, some kind of inspiration hit me, and all of a sudden I found myself doing actual Web Application programming. Now this may sound boring to most of you, but it was very exciting as I was finally teaching myself how to use and connect to databases and use ASP/VBScript to dynamically control a website. The best part is that I now UNDERSTAND how it all works! Before, it was all Greek to me. Now it's all Geek to me. ^_^

This means that I'll soon be doing this kind of programming at my job, which I'm already dipping into. That could possibly mean another promotion in the future if I migrate to the programming division. I'm considering to myself to be in training mode, and hopefully I'll be full-fledged in the months to come.
