Well it just goes to show you that no matter how hard I try, nothing ever goes as planned. I had my heart set on getting a new car in December, but my crap Ford Taurus just wouldn't cooperate and died on me in August. Rather than spend loads of cash to keep it running another 3 months, I opted to get my new car NOW.

So I am the new owner of a brand new 2005 Saturn L300 sedan. It's a sweet car, and I'm also getting a nav system built-in.

So that is that! It drags my net worth down to $11K, which kinda stinks (considering it was $36K before), but you gotta do what's necessary.

In other news, my theatre haitus has been temporarily lifted. I'm playing for 2 benefit shows as well as playing for a spinoff Christmas show at the local theatre, reminiscent of the classic Christmas at Cabrillo shows I did once upon a time.

So I will indeed be busy for the rest of the year. That's fine. I'm anxious for 2005 to get here anyway. Lots of good stuff coming. See you in the Fall.
