Why Me?
by
I can't really say that August was one of the best months I ever had. A lot of things just never quite went right and it's been very rough. I hope it's all behind me now.
I've been practicing the bowling a little bit more and preparing for the league I've assembled at work. That should be a great social activity and I'm looking forward to getting started on that.
Also up on deck is the Fall 2006 Roadtrip, which is a smaller version of last year's roadtrip with the parents (our first trio family trip ever). This only covers 10 states and keeps us in the western mountainous terrain, where I enjoyed most of my time last year. Some things will be an extended repeat for me, but others brand new. That should be good.
The new Mac Pro has come out, but I've decided to wait a little longer before buying a new computer and giving the boot to what I have.
Nothing I know of is going on for September, but maybe that's a good thing. It would be a dramatic improvement over last month. We'll see what happens.
