The Eras Come and Go

The freelance work continues, while I continue to churn away at everything else that spells work. Oh what fun.
Our bowling league finally ended for the season, and while we didn't really win anything during the last week of play, we had the honor of watching our lone opponent bowl a perfect 300 game (12 strikes in a row). To most people that's not a big deal, but for the team, as well as anyone who loves to bowl, it's an absolute amazing thing to watch.
Another big thing to happen is that the company I work for, Ignite Health, decided to sell their business, so now we are a division of inVentiv Health. What does that mean for us? Not much right now. Everything will be status quo for the short term. We could potentially land more clients and have more resources to pool. Sounds like a plan to me. In any case, everyone's job is pretty safe.
I've also finally begun to plan the Alaska trip, although it's a tad more expensive than I was anticipating. I'm going to try my very best to get it as cheap as possible. I'll update you more on this as the time draws near.
Remember kids, DST comes early this year. Personally I'm going to love it. More evening daylight for the win. Have a good Patty's day.
