I can't believe it...another year. You know you're getting older when the years get as short as your patience. Hmm, maybe that's just me. (Hehe)

You're probably wondering why you don't see version 9.0 of Joey's HomePage. Yeahhh, about that. It's in concept stage at the moment, but it should begin development later this year. 2009 release? Perhaps...

Oh yes, the Dec 7th Spice Girls concert was flipping AMAZING. Yeah, that makes me sound a little metro, but you'll forgive me just this once. I finally got to see one of my Dream Team members in the flesh for the first time. That was wholesome sweet goodness right there.

I'm still continuing more freelance work, which in turn provides me with a steady flow of extra income. I also scored another raise at the job, since our parent company moved our annual review to January. Since it's all percentage increases now, my salary is no longer a nice round number as it was the past 5 years, but who am I to complain?

The house-hunting (or waiting) continues, as house prices are poised to fall like a rock, or so is predicted. My time-frame goal is...ermm...sometime in 2008. Basically I'm on standby until I see a steal, then I'll jump on it. You'll know as soon as I do if something emerges.

I should be getting my computer this month, provided it is released on time. You never know with that fruit company though. They can delay things like nobody's business if pieces don't fall into place. I will be free of the slavery of this slowness real soon.

Finally, I have an unexpected visit to the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) show in Anaheim later this month, courtesy of a company I did beta testing for. I'll get to see all the latest musical shizzle. I'm digging it.
