I know, I'm getting REALLY lazy about updating this page, but there isn't that much to report. Work has been going in cycles, from normal to out-of-control. I've had to sacrifice quite a few nights and weekends, but I believe it's for the greater good, or what's to come, or something like that.

I had somewhat of a milestone for July, as I put my very first offer in on a house, something that seemed really nice that I could afford. Unfortunately it was a short sale, and the rules with those are different. I offered a modestly higher price than what was listed, but the greedy bank countered even higher. Well I gave them my own "counter-offer" and said take it or leave it. Well, they left it, which is fine with me. I'm still building my financial empire before I can comfortably buy a home. I was just trying to do it ahead of time.

This summer has gone fast, but I'm not bored by any means. If any other developments come up, you'll hear it here first. Lates...
