I think I just set the world record for "Longest Joey has gone without an update to his website!" Seriously folks, it's such a burden to actually do it anymore. Chalk another one up for getting old.

In other news... no wait. In other HUGE AND ELECTRIFYING news, I am now, after 33.5 years, a homeowner. Yes, I bought a 3-story townhome right smack in the middle of Orange County, CA. It is a prime location, and enough to suit my needs. However some things need to be done before I move in, so as of now it's just an investment sitting there. But don't you worry, I won't be losing money on it.

Anything else in the past four months? Plenty, but heck it's been so long I done forgot all the good stuff. Maybe I'll set a New Year's goal and actually try to update the summary every month like I'm supposed to do. Yeah right, that'll happen like the v9.0 website renovation. Ha.
